The MBA now offers two (2) ways to participate in our meditation program: Live and OnDemand!
LIVE
All members are invited to join us for daily morning meditation sessions from 7:30 AM - 7:50 AM, Monday - Friday, and afternoon sessions from 3:30 - 3:45 PM on Tuesday - Thursday. Meditation has been proven to relieve stress and anxiety, while increasing patience, focus, and imagination. The free sessions are held virtually and led by MBA members John I. McMahon, Jr., Esq., Marc R. Steinberg, Esq., and others.
All members are welcome, especially those new to meditation!
To join us, simply click below to obtain your Zoom link and sign on during the times mentioned above! There is no need to formally register, but you will need to sign into your MyMBA account in order to view the Zoom link.
