Place an Ad
The deadline for submission of all single notices is 2:00 p.m. on TUESDAY for the following Thursday issue. Deadlines are subject to change for holiday schedule. Multiple ads and page insertions require extra lead time. Please contact our office for deadline arrangements. The deadlines will be strictly enforced.
The Sheriff Sale Supplement
The Sheriff Sale Supplement is a listing of all the active property sales published in the Montgomery County Law Reporter three issues prior to the sale date, plus other previously postponed properties. This is a monthly listing that is part of the Montgomery County Law Reporter Subscription.

Montgomery County Tax Sale
In accordance with the Tax Sale law, the Tax Claim Bureau is able to sell parcels in one of four ways. Upset Sale every September, Private Sale, Judicial Sale once each year and Repository sales. For more information contact the Tax Claim Bureau Phone 610-278-1216.
