Summary

Brian Regli, Ph.D., will outline the major issues facing data center developers today, and the increasing concerns raised by community members and political leadership during the land entitlements process. The presentation will provide a perspective on the real concerns regarding resource constraints that data center developers need to address -- namely power, water use, and sound mitigation -- as well as the emerging solutions that might address those concerns. Among his notable accomplishments, Dr. Regli served as the Executive Director of Critical Investments for Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro. Brian holds a doctorate in developmental economics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, along with undergraduate degrees from Georgetown University in government and philosophy. You don’t want to miss this CLE on one of the hottest, most controversial land use issues facing municipalities.
