Summary

Consumer credit transactions permeate modern life. There are statutes that govern everything from credit reports to automobile sales. These are remedial laws that prohibit specific corporate misconduct while providing for remedy and usually for statutory attorney fees. This one hour program will address two areas of constant concern by area consumers: Errors on their credit report, and merchants who rip them off. Understand the basics so you can augment your already-successful practice.
