Summary

In this program, attendees will learn about the various fiduciary roles in guardianships following the promulgation of Act 61 in 2024, including how court-appointed counsel, plenary guardians and guardians ad litem are to perform their distinct roles and uphold their fiduciary duties in the preliminary stages prior to a hearing on the adjudication of incapacity, at the hearing, and following the adjudication, including in subsequent review hearings and collateral matters.
