Summary

The presentation examines the prosecution of Charles Fulforth, Kelvin Roberts Jr. and Jeremy Fuentes arising from a December 2024 Lower Merion home invasion resulting in the murder of Andrew Gaudio and the near fatal shooting of his mother, Bernadette Gaudio. The presentation will cover the highlights of the investigation, police response, digital evidence, cellphone records, surveillance footage, ballistic and DNA analysis, and proof of an underlying gun trafficking conspiracy that motivated the crime. Attendees will gain insight into the evidentiary narrative from motive and planning to execution and aftermath, including the role of 3 D printed firearms, the use of text messages and location data to establish agreement and intent, and the legal frameworks supporting first degree murder, felony murder, conspiracy, and accomplice liability.
