Summary

In late May 2025, new local rules will go into effect for Montgomery County Equitable Distribution cases which include, in part, the appointment of a Hearing Officer before grounds are established. Please join us for our June 4th meeting where Hearing Officers Morrissey and Snyder will join Liz Early and Christina DeMatteo to review the revised Rules and answer any related question.
