Jury selection is an often overlooked, but incredibly important, aspect of any trial--one that can make or break even the most effective trial attorney or trial skills. This presentation will focus on best practices in jury selection and will draw on the experiences of panel members. The panel will discuss the best things to look for, and what to avoid, in potential jurors, and how to maximize the jury panel for clients' best chances of success.
