Jeff Feldman is the founder and Managing Member of The Feldman Firm, LLC, where he concentrates his practice on the litigation, arbitration and trial of business and civil disputes in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and he has been admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1997. Jeff represents organizations and individuals in civil lawsuits involving a broad range of substantive areas, including contract law, the Uniform Commercial Code, creditors' rights matters, partnership law, disputes among shareholders of closely held companies and members of limited liability companies, Orphans' Court and estate litigation, real estate partition proceedings, injunctions, covenants not to compete, business torts, unfair competition claims, civil fraud claims, class actions, civil conspiracy and RICO claims, commercial disparagement and defamation claims, abuse of process claims, and vicarious liability claims.

Jeff has been repeatedly recognized by his peers in the legal community for his commitment to excellence. He has been AV Preeminent ? Rated (the highest rating available for legal ability and professional ethics) by Martindale-Hubbell since 2007. In 2011 and 2012, he was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers-Pennsylvania Rising Stars in the practice area of Business Litigation. Thereafter, he has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers-Pennsylvania for Business Litigation every year from 2013 to 2021. He also has a 10.0 (Superb) Rating from Avvo.com.

In addition to being an advocate, Jeff also serves as a neutral arbitrator for commercial and consumer cases. In 2020, Jeff was appointed to the American Arbitration Association (AAA)'s national roster of arbitrators for commercial cases.
