Karen Ulmer Pendergast is an attorney that concentrates her practice in the area of Family Law including custody and divorce.  She is also a trained and experienced mediator having served in the past on the panel of the Montgomery County Mediation list.  She is the founder and owner of Karen Ann Ulmer, P.C. which is a small law firm dedicating to serving clients in the family law, real estate and estate fields established in 2001.  She has practiced family law since 1997, served as a lecturer for NBI speaking on divorce and custody and published a book entitled "Surviving Divorce in PA". She is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, PBA and ABA.  She volunteers her time through various professional and community organizations serving as president of the YWCA of Lower Bucks County, president of the Lofts at Oxford Valley Condominium Association, board member of her law school alumni board, coordinator and coach of the CYO youth soccer, CRNAA baseball coach, and regional coordinator for the PBA mock trial competition.  She also volunteers her time at her children's school and pro bono cases.
