Bio:
Marguerite Nocchi is a solo practitioner with an office located in Lansdale, PA. She began the practice of law in 1990 after graduating from Temple Law School and hung her own shingle in 1993. She concentrates her practice in the areas of family law and estate administration. She is a member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations (PBA) and a former member of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court for family law. She is the chair of the Family Law Section for 2019. She was awarded the pro-bono award from the PBA in 1995 for her work with the Legal Aid Society. Ms. Nocchi has twice been recognized as one of the Reader's Choice Attorneys of the Year by the North Penn Reporter. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Women's Center of Montgomery County and is co-chair of the Development Committee for the Center. Ms. Nocchi currently serves as a mentor in the gifted student program of North Penn High School and has served as a mentor in the Drexel Law Co-op Program and the Bloomsburg Undergraduate Criminal Justice Program.
