Robert J. Birch, Esquire, is an experienced attorney defined by his reputation for getting to the core of the problem and achieving results for clients. Robert's unique business background frequently helps in cases that deal with financial and tax problems. Robert is from the Roxborough section of Philadelphia and graduated Central High School's 239th Class, where he was a member of the wrestling team. Robert received a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University, and a M.S. in Taxation from Drexel University. After practicing as a Certified Public Accountant for a major public accounting firm, Robert received a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and a LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University.
Robert worked for major Philadelphia law firms before opening his own law practice in Montgomery County. Robert is admitted in Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Tax Court. Robert has spoken throughout the years on many estate, tax and litigation topics.
Robert is an elected Supervisor in Montgomery Township, Montgomery County, and currently serves as the President of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Montgomery Bar Association.
