Edward A. Diasio represents public school districts, charter schools, and other educational entities on a wide range of matters including student residency, discipline, enrollment, and compliance with state administrative guidelines and regulations. 

He graduated from the evening division of Temple University's Beasley School of Law (2015, cum laude). While in law school, Ed worked for two Montgomery County State Representatives. He received undergraduate degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration from the Villanova School of Business (2009, summa cum laude). Prior to his legal career, Ed worked in public accounting for KPMG, LLP where he obtained a CPA license. 

Ed is an elected member of the North Penn School District Board
of School Directors where he currently serves on the Finance, Municipal nRelations, and Support Service committees. He also serves on the Joint nOperating Committee of the North Montco Technical Career Center in nLansdale, on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County nIntermediate Unit, and as Chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board in nMontgomery Township. He also enjoys volunteering as a ?Big Brother? nmentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania and participating in multiple charity bike rides each year
