Bio:
Justin D. Barbetta has represented school districts and intermediate units in matters involving civil rights, labor and employment, contract, special education, student services and tax assessment issues. He has years of trial (jury and non-jury) and litigation experience in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and has handled appeals before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Commonwealth Court, and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Barbetta handled over 100 trials (jury and non-jury) to verdict as a member of the Defender Association of Philadelphia's team. Mr. Barbetta is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association and the Eastern District of PA Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association. He resides in Chester County. A graduate of Holy Family University (B.A. 2010), Mr. Barbetta received his law degree from Hofstra University (J.D. 2013).
