John F. Higgins joined Mannion Prior, LLP in January 2018. n nBefore joining Mannion Prior, John served as the Orphans' Court law clerk to President Judge Richard M. Hughes, III of Luzerne County Pennsylvania. John received his Juris Doctor in 2015 from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he was elected class representative to the Student Bar Association and served as a senior editor of the Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation. In 2016, John earned his LL.M. in financial law with merit from the Dickson Poon School of Law at King's College London. John earned his B.A. in Classics & History from Colgate University in 2012, graduating magna cum laude. n nJohn is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. n
