Bio:
Robert ("Rob") M. Sebia, is an associate at Elliott Greenleaf, where he assists clients in a diverse range of transactional matters as a member of the firm?s business, real estate, estate planning and administration practices.
One of four boys in the Sebia house, Rob grew up in a small borough outside of Wilkes-Barre, PA, where schools still close for the first day of hunting season; however, he also lived in Middletown, NJ, Fairfax, VA, Washington D.C., New York, NY, and Coral Gables, FL, before moving to Philadelphia to attend law school and ultimately settling in Montgomery County after graduation.
Before receiving his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, Rob was a PSIA Certified Professional Ski Instructor while pursuing his Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from Wilkes University.
Now, he advises clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, land development projects, and zoning matters. Additionally, he works with business owners on various matters such as startups and formations, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, succession planning, exit planning, employment arrangements, business operations, and separations.
Rob lives in Eagleville with his wife, Amanda, and their redbone hound, Ryleigh. He still enjoys skiing, as well as riding motorcycles, golfing, and backpacking.
