Dr. Shore is one of a small number of individuals who have terminal degrees in Medicine, Law and Business. He practiced Internal Medicine for more than 28 years, returned to school for an MBA in Healthcare Management and then to Law School. Since then, he has been practicing Law, mostly concentrating his practice in Health Care Law and health related litigation such as Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability and Workers Compensation in addition to handling some criminal matters.

Additionally, much of his time, recently, has been spent pursuing payment for hospitals and other providers when it was denied by Medicare and Medicaid, or where they attempted to recoup money already paid years earlier. "My goal," is to find a hospital association that would be willing to represent its members in an action to eliminate the concept of "Observation Status," that is killing hospitals and patients alike; and "I believe I know how."
