Bio:
He focuses his practice on professional liability and general liability claims, and also has experience in commercial litigation, corporate and consumer bankruptcy, and premises liability. Prior to joining Kane Pugh, Jim was an associate for an international law firm in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery Bar Association, as well as the Professional Liability Defense Federation, where is he vice chair of the Young Professionals Committee.
Jim is a 2011 graduate, cum laude, of Temple University's Beasley School of Law, where he was a Senior Production Editor on the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review, and was Valedictorian of his class at Penn State's Abington College in 2008.
Jim resides in Abington and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
