Jimmy Chong is a solo practitioner and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey and in the District Courts of Washington DC, Delaware, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Mediator and Certified Arbitrator by the Delaware State Bar Association, Certified Arbitrator by the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators. The firm?s practice consists of Plaintiffs Personal Injury and Patent Infringement cases.
Outside of his practice, Jimmy serves on the Board of Directors at the Philip Jaisohn Memorial Foundation and the Penn Asian Senior Services and has served on the Board of Directors of the Korean American Association of Greater Philadelphia and was the Chairman of the Next Generation Young Adult Development Committee. He is a Co-Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Jimmy is a graduate of Delaware Law School and Bucknell University.
