Ken Milner is Special Counsel to the Blue Bell firm of Warren McGraw & Knowles LLC. Ken is a two-time President's Award recipient of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a Past Chair of the PBA's Solo & Small Firm Practice Section. He concentrates his practice in the fields of franchise, real estate, corporate and business law. While General Counsel for the world's second largest transmission franchise, Ken practiced throughout the United States and Canada. During that time, he was also an advisor to the office of the Consumer Advocate of Dade County, Florida, and the Better Business Bureau of the State of Maryland. He was appointed the first Chair of the Franchise Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association, and served as its Chair for twenty-five years. Ken also chaired the Montgomery County Realtor/Attorney Liaison Committee, a committee comprised of Realtors, attorneys and other real estate professionals who explored cutting edge real estate matters in Pennsylvania.  Ken was a past Director of the MBA, and is the current Chair of the MBA Speakers Bureau. For over a dozen years, Ken was an instructor of real estate, franchise and business law at The Institute for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia. Ken is a certified mediator and arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association, and Franchise Arbitration and Mediation Services. Ken received the Solo/Small Firm Attorney of the Year Award of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. As a result of his community service, Ken also received the Montgomery Bar Association's Henry Stuckert Miller Award.
