Bio:
William K. Stewart is a principal and founding member of Kaplin Stewart. He is chair of the Real Estate, Business & Finance Transaction Department. Mr. Stewart has represented clients in an extraordinarily diverse array of business transactions. He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association, and the Franchising, Corporate Real Estate and Banking committees of the Montgomery Bar Association. Mr. Stewart serves as President of the Board of the Pennsylvania Prison Society and as a Youth Aid Panelist for the Philadelphia District Attorney. He received his B. A. from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctorate from Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
