Bio:
Pamela Tobin is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Land Use & Zoning Departments of Kaplin Stewart. Ms. Tobin handles complex commercial litigation on behalf of businesses and individuals in both state and federal court. She has handled cases involving real estate disputes, land development disputes, constitutional property right claims and claims against municipal authorities and agencies. nMs. Tobin has successfully represented a seller in a breach of contract action; contractors in a breach of construction case; an insurance company to recover damages in a fraud action; and accounting, legal and design professionals sued for malpractice. On behalf of a design professional, Ms. Tobin successfully argued to enforce a limitation of liability clause before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. See Valhal v. Sullivan Assocs., 48 F.3d 760 (3d Cir. 1995). nMs. Tobin is a lecturer and gives seminars on various topics including electronic discovery and document retention policies. Ms. Tobin is the Chair of the Women in the Law Committee for the Montgomery Bar Association.
