Bio: William G. Roark is a proud father of two little girls. He is also a member of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin's Litigation Department. For the first ten years of his career, his practice focused on environmental litigation and catastrophic injury cases. Bill focused on finding ways to help people navigate their way through the judicial system by representing Plaintiffs all across Southeastern Pennsylvania. His trial experience includes representing those suffering from: traumatic brain injuries; medical malpractice and exposure to dangerous chemicals.

More recently, Bill has become one of only a handful of attorneys focusing on the developing legal field surrounding Pennsylvania's Medical Cannabis Act. He has been a course planner and speaks regularly for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Montgomery Bar Association, and has guest lectured at his alma mater, Bucknell University. He is particularly committed to ensuring that the industry remain as transparent and compliant as possible to ensure that sick individuals are provided the medicine their doctors recommend in a timely and safe fashion.

Bill is an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association where he has been appointed to various committees. Bill is a past editor for the Montgomery County Law Reporter, current vice-chair of the Environmental Law Committee and a contributing editor to Montgomery County's Civil Practice Manual. In 2014 and he served as Chair to the Young Lawyers Section.

A graduate of Bucknell University (B.A. Economics, cum laude, 2003), Bill received his law degree with honors in 2006 from Villanova University where he served as a member of the Villanova Moot Court Board Executive Committee. For six consecutive years (2010-2015) Bill has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state who are 40 or younger, or who have been practicing for ten years or less, are named to the list each year. (wroark@hrmml.com)
