I have extensive experience representing investors in securities litigation and arbitration matters. I also have strong record of successfully handling a wide variety of commercial disputes involving contracts, real estate, landlord and tenant, consumer protection, class actions, intellectual property, mechanics' liens, and employment law. I have taken numerous cases to arbitration hearings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and American Arbitration Association (AAA), and to trial in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I also have extensive experience handling civil rights matters, including Fourth Amendment unreasonable search and seizure and excessive force claims, First Amendment claims, and Fourteenth Amendment procedural and substantivedue process claims.
