Bio:
Paul Mullin is a member of the Municipal Law Department and the Real Estate and Zoning Department. His practice focuses on municipal law, land use, zoning and residential, commercial and industrial real estate transactions. In the area of municipal law, Paul has served as acting solicitor for numerous municipal authorities, municipalities and zoning hearing boards. He currently serves as solicitor to three municipal authorities. He has advised his respective boards on various legal matters including personnel and employment matters, condemnation, litigation, bidding and billing regulations and Right-To-Know requests. In the area of zoning and land development, Paul has represented numerous corporate and individual clients before over 30 municipal bodies in zoning and land use proceedings governed by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code to enable them to fully utilize their respective properties. He has developed a niche in areas governed by the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act, specifically sanitary sewer and water related matters, and has lectured on and written articles pertaining to the Act and Federal and State legislation related thereto. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association and the Home Builders Association of Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Paul received his undergraduate degree from University of Scranton (with honors, B.A. 1998) and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2002.
