Bio:
Michael J. Maransky is a partner in the Montgomery County (Blue Bell) office of Fox Rothschild LLP. As a member of the firm's Tax and Estates and Corporate departments, Michael's practice involves a broad range of matters, many of which are tax related, including estate and gift tax planning, estate and trust administration, resolution of tax controversies and federal income tax planning for businesses and business owners. Michael also counsels businesses and business owners on succession planning and a variety of commercial transactional matters. nMichael graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1988. He received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1995 and his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova in 2001. He is also a CPA. nMichael is married and has four children, ages 6, 9, 11 and 13. He is a resident of Blue Bell and is active in the CYO at St. Helena's Church and as a coach in the Whitpain Recreation Association.
