Bio:
Mr. McDonald is a sole practitioner in Bucks County. He was previously a partner with the Montgomery County law firm of Smith, Aker, Grossman & Hollinger, LLP. He continues to devote his practice to Orphans' Court litigation, including will contests, trust litigation, estate litigation, both contested and uncontested guardianships, and fiduciary disputes. He is the former Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association's Probate and Tax Section, former Director of the Montgomery Bar Association and the Montgomery Bar Foundation, and former Chair of the Orphans' Court Rules Committee. He received his J.D. with honors from Widener Law Center and a B.S. in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University. He is an author and lecturer for P.B.I. and the Montgomery Bar Association on the topic of Orphans' Court litigation. He resides in Bucks County with his wife and two children.
