I recently left Montgomery County after serving as Solicitor to the Board of Assessment for almost 23 years.  I now represent clients in litigation involving real estate valuation, exemption and constitutional issues as well as issues involving preferential assessment.  My practice emphasizes counseling counties and other taxing districts on compliance with the Consolidated County Assessment law and offers independent advice and counseling to counties considering a countywide reassessment. In addition, I am available to serve as an expert witness on exemptions, Clean and Green (Act 319), and the Consolidated County Assessment Law.
