Ms. Mirabile is a partner with Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby, LLP in Norristown who focuses her practice on Family Law including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution and marital agreements.
She handles complex family law cases in the five-county area and frequently utilizes the services of both forensic experts and custody evaluators. Ms. Mirabile has successfully argued cases on appeal before both the Supreme Court and Superior Courts of Pennsylvania. She is also a court-appointed custody and divorce mediator.
Ms. Mirabile has been a very active member of the Montgomery Bar and is a Past-President of both the Family Law Section and Trial Lawyers Section as well as, a member of its Board of Directors and numerous Committees.
She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a current member of the House of Delegates. Ms. Mirabile is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section including past Council Member and Programming Chair for the Section. Ms. Mirabile graduated from Villanova University and Villanova Law School.
