Mark is currently Of Counsel with the law firm of Warren McGraw & Knowles, LLC in Blue Bell, Pa.

Mark was a founding partner of Kraut Harris, P. C. having established the firm with David Kraut in 1984 and continuing through November of 2022.  After graduating from Northeast High School in Philadelphia in 1971, he attended Temple University and graduated summa cum laude in 1975.  In his final year, he was inducted into the newly formed Phi Beta Kappa Chapter at Temple University.  After taking a sabbatical to play music professionally, Mark attended Temple University Law School, where he graduated cum laude in 1980.

Mark began his law practice in Philadelphia and has been practicing law in Montgomery County since 1981, focusing his practice in 3 areas:  general business representation, real estate matters and estate planning and administration.  He represents numerous businesses in the five county area and has lectured frequently on estate planning for families with special needs children.  He is admitted to practice before the PA Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA. 

A former director of the Ambler YMCA, Mark is a current Board member and Past President of Interfaith Housing Alliance (now Family Promise Montco), a non-profit organization which assists homeless families in locating temporary shelter and transitional housing.  Mark is an avid tennis player and an accomplished musician who has played with various professional groups over the years (most recently the original Orlons).

The father of three, Mark and his wife have been long time residents of Upper Dublin, Montgomery County.
