Mr. Zucker has Practiced in the Courts of Montgomery and surrounding counties since 1988. He is past Co-Chair of the Criminal Defense Committee and current C0-Chair of the Managing Partners Committee. He is a contributing author to the Montgomery County Criminal Defense Handbook.
Mr. Zucker has extensive experience litigating cases involving all grades of crimes from underage drinking to DUI to complex computer and sex crimes as well as multi defendant wiretap drug trials. He has successfully litigated appeals for his criminal clients in the Pennsylvania Appellate courts
Mr. Zucker also has an extensive experience in College Discipline and Title IX matters representing accused students & factulty. He has successfully advised students & faculty at colleges and universities nationwide.
