Karen focuses her practice on medical malpractice and long term care defense. In 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, Karen was recognized by her peers and named a Pennsylvania ?Rising Star? in the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers publication.
Karen received a B.A. in Labor & Industrial Relations and a B.A. in French Language and Literature from Penn State University in 1998. She received a minor in International Relations. During her junior year at Penn State, Karen spent a semester in Paris, France, and studied at L?Ecole Commerciale de la Chambre de Commerce de Paris. After graduating from Penn State, Karen received her Juris Doctorate in 2001 from Villanova University School of Law. While at Villanova, Karen completed an externship with The Delaware County Legal Aid Office and represented individuals in Protection from Abuse matters. Karen is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association. In 2014, Karen served as the Vice Chair for the Montgomery Bar Association's Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee. In 2015, Karen served as Chair of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee. Karen is a member of the Montgomery Trial Lawyers. She is an active member of The Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project.
Karen lives in Souderton, Pennsylvania with her husband, John, and her twins, Thomas and Sienna.
