Bio:
Nicole LaBletta has represented creditors and loan servicers in bankruptcy and foreclosure for the past several years. A member of the bars of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Nicole regularly practices in all three jurisdictions at various levels of state and federal court. Prior to her work representing creditors, Nicole gained experience in the area of estate law and subrogation, which serves her well in her current practice. Nicole is a magna cum laude graduate of the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics. Nicole obtained her juris doctor from Fordham University School of Law where she was a staff member of the International Law Journal. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys giving back to the community through service projects as an active member of the Holy Cross Club of Greater Philadelphia and the Junior League of Philadelphia.
