Bio:
Kristen M Feden, Esq. - Mrs. Feden serves as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trials Division of the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Leading the Elder Abuse Unit as Captain, as well as an assigned Sex Crimes prosecutor, Mrs. Feden investigates and prosecutes cases of abuse, neglect, rape, sexual violence, internet crimes against children, and financial exploitation against elders. Mrs. Feden began her legal career as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Garrett D. Page, and then entered the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Over the course of her tenure in the District Attorney's Office, Mrs. Feden has prosecuted all types of criminal cases, ranging in seriousness, from retail thefts to homicides. Recently in January of 2015, Mrs. Feden earned a Unit Commendation from the Upper Merion Police Department for her prosecutorial work in a double homicide conviction, and in April of 2016, was named one of the Top 40 individuals under age 40 by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Mrs. Feden is also an adjunct professor for Rosemont College.
In addition to Teaching, Prosecuting, and Advocating for victims of all ages, Mrs. Feden is the proud mother of two boys - Nicholas David Feden Jr., age 4, and Ethan Wayne Feden, age 2, - and wife of Nicholas Feden, Sr.
Mrs. Feden earned her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in the Spring of 2009 and a Bachelors in Science Degree in Neuroscience at Lafayette College in 2004. During law school, Mrs. Feden received numerous awards, including the Barristers Award. Upon graduation she received the Andrew Gay Award, for excellence in Trial Advocacy in the area of Criminal Law, and the Jacquelyn E. Davis Success Award for her efforts and commitment towards public service. Prior to law school, Mrs. Feden worked as a Financial Analyst for Bloomberg, L.P. in New York.
