Bio:
Janene B. Reilly assists clients in estate planning and estate and trust administration. Her experience settling complex estate and trust administrations has made her an organized and thorough attorney.
She has experience drafting wills, durable powers of attorney, advanced health directives, living wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs and supplemental benefits trusts. Ms. Reilly also implements estate and gift plans in order to minimize or eliminate federal estate tax for high net worth individuals.
Ms. Reilly administers federal estate taxable and non-taxable estates from the initial client interview and probate of will through formal account filing and audit, if necessary. She has administered multi-million dollar trust estates and has counseled trustees regarding discretionary principal disbursements and formal account filing.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reilly was an attorney at another Philadelphia law firm in their trusts & estates department. During law school she served as a judicial intern for President Judge Correale F. Stevens in the Pennsylvania Superior Court in Hazleton,
