Bio:
A graduate of Columbia College and the Columbia University School of Law, Mr. Momjian is co-founder of Momjian Anderer, LLC, a family law practice based in Philadelphia. His statewide practice encompasses all aspects of family law litigation and appellate advocacy. Listed in The Best Lawyers of America and Who's Who in America, Mr. Momjian is co-author (with his late father, Albert Momjian) of Pennsylvania Family Law Annotated, published by Thomson/Reuters and currently in its thirteenth edition. He writes and lectures frequently about trends in domestic relations, with a special emphasis on biotechnology's impact on family law. Mr. Momjian has published numerous articles on specialized aspects of family law, some of which have appeared in The National Law Journal, The American Journal of Family Law, American Law Reports, and Divorce Litigation. His articles on family law have been cited in numerous law reviews and journals, including The Yale Law Journal, The Virginia Journal of Social Policy, Law & Psychology Review, and Law and Inequality. Mr. Momjian is the recipient of many awards and honors for public service. Regularly listed in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, he has appeared as a guest on Larry King Live and The Today Show. An Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry at the Drexel University College of Medicine, and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Villanova University School of Law, Mr.. Momjian has also lectured on family law and professional ethics at the University of Pennsylvania, Temple, and Widener Law Schools, as well as HIV-AIDS and the law at Rutgers-Camden Law School. In a landmark 2006 case, he successfully defended the constitutionality of the Grandparent Visitation Act before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Mr. Momjian is a current member of the Domestic Relations Advisory Committee of the Commonwealth??s Joint State Government Commission.
