The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has ordered a change to the UJS Public Access Policy effective January 1, 2022. The change will affect every division of the Court - Civil, Criminal, Family & Orphans and you will need to know how to correctly file. The significant change affects filings in Montgomery County and requires the elimination of Redacted/Unredacted pleadings in favor of a separate Confidentiality form. Court Administrator Michael Kehs, Esq. will review the subsequent changes and explain the proper way to file on and after January 1, 2022.
