Henry F. Siedzikowski, Esq. (December 27, 1953 - December 15, 2025)

Henry F. Siedzikowski, a distinguished Philadelphia trial and appellate lawyer known for his rigor, integrity, and devotion, passed peacefully in his sleep on December 16, 2025, just days before his seventy-second birthday.

A graduate of Sun Valley High School, Henry earned his bachelor's degree from Juniata College in 1975 and maintained a lifelong commitment to the institution. First nominated to the College's Board of Trustees in 2011, he served successive terms until his passing, guided by belief that education is a lifelong responsibility. Henry graduated first in his class from Villanova School of Law in 1979, earning membership on the Villanova Law Review and the Order of the Coif. He devoted his career to complex commercial litigation and later to health care and hospital system matters. Over more than four decades, Henry built a reputation as a formidable yet principled litigator, handling high stakes matters requiring mastery of the law and calm judgment of public policy. 

He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Rita Walsh Siedzikowski; sisters-in-laws, treasured nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He recently welcomed the daughter and son-in-law of his heart and cherished his granddaughters, Emerson and Mackenzie, whom he adored and enjoyed with abandon.
