David Samuel Rasner, Esq. (January 8, 1947 - January 13, 2024)

David Samuel Rasner, Center City Philadelphia Attorney at Law, died on Saturday, January 13th, 2024 after a prolonged illness due to Mesothelioma. David was a Philadelphian, born January 8, 1947 to Benjamin and Ethel Rasner and raised predominantly in Mt. Airy. His work ethic, humility, and community engagement came from his parents, who ran the newsstand in the Architects Building on 17th and Sansom. He graduated from Central High School, class of 222, and graduated from Temple University in 1968. He completed graduate work in European History at University of Maryland, and went on to law school at Villanova University. David was a senior partner at a prestigious law firm, Fox Rothschild, LLP. He was a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners, Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, Philadelphia Bar Association Family Law Section, and Montgomery Bar Association Family Law Section.
