MCCF Warden Julio Algarin Receives the 2019 Honorable Louis D. Stefan Award
Blue Bell, PA (January 10, 2020) – During a brief ceremony held in conjunction with the Montgomery Bar Association's Annual Business Luncheon Meeting, Julio Algarin, Warden of the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, received the Honorable Louis D. Stefan Award for his outstanding contribution to law enforcement.
The Louis D. Stefan Award is presented annually by the Foundation. It recognizes an individual who goes well beyond the scope of his/her duties to promote the rule of law and administration of justice in the community.
